Just before the economic downturn of the 80’s I became a professional real estate agent. Perhaps not the best timing, but I have learned over and over that there is a natural ebb and flow to business and our economy.
There is a wise Chinese proverb that says “the best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second-best time is now.”
Real estate wealth grows in the long term and I have no doubt that our economy will cycle through again – just like it has before!
